Significant weight loss can affect both deep and superficial fat pads, as well as collagen and elastin. This often leads to volume loss, skin laxity, and a more aged appearance.

For this beautiful client, we addressed her areas of concern with a tailored, restorative approach. Volume was restored using a combination of Restylane fillers and Sculptra, a biostimulant, to achieve a balanced, feminine, and refreshed result.

These results will continue to improve over the next several months as new collagen is stimulated. We plan to maintain her results with conservative amounts of Sculptra and dermal fillers every 12–18 months.
