A great story with a cool twist!

As a community leader, this 74 year old was instrumental in bringing Methodist to Midlothian. He has a soft spot for us since he was born at Methodist Dallas more than 7 decades ago!

There really wasn't much doubt where he was going when he needed his first surgery as an adult to fix 3 hernias, as you can read at Shine Online.

When one hernia became three, this community leader was grateful to find quality care close to home, at the hospital he helped bring to town.

This 68-year-old grandmother and volunteer at Methodist Midlothian put off knee surgery for years. She recently got a knee replacement at the hospital she knows so well.
