✅ Bicep barbell smash – Place the end of a barbell gently on your bicep, using your opposite hand or a small plate to add pressure. Slowly roll back and forth to break up tension from those 200 push-ups. 🔥
✅ Low back foam roll to undo that vest tension
✅ 20-minute walk to flush out soreness
