This past Friday, Brookdale Midlothian had the first of two culinary-themed events. Tastes of Brookdale, featuring Janet and her soul food cuisine, was a big hit. Dining Director Tony and his entire staff do their best to offer healthy and delicious food options each meal. Part two will be on May 9!

Monday is Cinco de Mayo, and we love celebrating and enjoying holidays with our residents. On Monday, we are having a festive room service snack activity. Our residents really enjoy receiving visits and tasting delicious treats and beverages.

Tom Patton, the weatherman from WTVR 6 News, came to visit our residents at BrookDale Midlothian yesterday. Mr. Patton gave garden tips for our BrookDale Gardening Club. Our residents really enjoyed Mr. Patton's visit. They asked lots of questions regarding his home garden, his time at WTVR 6 News as a weatherman, and if he would return for another visit.
