Meet Loki

Say hello to Loki, our super-sweet therapy dog at Capitol Pediatrics! Loki is a black lab mix who was born in November 2024 and adopted by Dr. Przybylo in February 2025. He’s a happy pup who loves making new friends—especially kids!

When Loki isn’t busy giving tail wags and cuddles at the office, you can find him napping in the sunshine, fetching balls, catching frisbees, and playing with his family at home. His favorite things in the whole world are treats (especially hot dogs), belly rubs, and helping kids feel calm and happy during their visits.

Loki can’t wait to meet you and bring a little extra smile, comfort, and puppy love to your day!

Please join us in welcoming the newest addition to our growing Capitol Pediatrics family, nurse practitioner, Crystal Edds-Mcafee. Crystal was born here in Richmond, Virginia, but grew up in Georgia. After obtaining her nursing degree at Kennesaw State University, she worked as a pediatric nurse at Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital which is now part of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She obtained her Masters in Nursing at Georgia State University and worked as a pediatric nurse practitioner with a large pediatric GI group and a private practice in the Atlanta suburbs. Crystal loves all things pediatric but especially infant care and children with GI disorders. She lives in Hanover County with her family. When she isn’t working, you can find her at a horse show with her daughter and her horse, Eli, or at home playing with her Double Doodle, Sadie. Crystal is is looking forward to working with and getting to know the families of Capitol Pediatrics.
