May is Mental Health Awareness Month šŸ’š

It’s a time to talk more openly, check in with ourselves and each other, and remember that mental health is part of our everyday wellbeing, not just something we think about once in a while.

Whether it’s taking a moment to rest, reaching out to someone, or simply being a little kinder to yourself, small actions add up.

Tomorrow is Children’s Mental Health Day šŸ’š

It’s a reminder that mental health isn’t something we check in on once a year; it’s an everyday part of growing, learning, and being human. Every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported, not just today, but every day.

Let’s keep the conversation going, make space for feelings (big and small), and show kids that taking care of their minds matters just as much as taking care of their bodies.

Cinco de Mayo is a time to celebrate culture, community, and connection šŸŽ‰

As you enjoy the festivities, remember that the best memories come from being present, staying safe, and making healthy choices. Choosing to celebrate without substance misuse helps protect your well-being and supports those around you.

Let’s make this holiday about good food, great music, and positive vibes - no pressure, just healthy choices. šŸ’›
