Just a reminder: Public Schools require the Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form for each Kindergartener. Be sure and ask for this form to be completed at your child's well visit.

**Announcement of new extended office hours!**

Beginning Wednesday, April 1, 2026, we will offer extended office hours on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dr Henderson will offer late day appointments on Mondays at our Midlothian Village location. Dustin Bogan will offer late day appointments on Wednesdays at our Powhatan location. All appointment types will be available during these extended hours. Call today to book your appointment!
