Whether the sun is shining or not, lather up your kids with a sunscreen of at least SPF 15 and don't forget to reapply every 2 hours!

If you're spending the summer camping, gardening, or spending an extended amount of time outside, you may find yourself exposed to ticks! Ticks live in grassy or wooded areas, which will be additionally overgrown in the summer. Make it a habit to check yourself and your children for ticks after coming indoors and don't give the little guys a chance to get too cozy! Got a tick bite and have questions? Call us at 804-794-2821.
