& countless hours spent in the office
After having my son in December 2022, I was entering the unknown territory of motherhood. Fortunately, I was able to spend 11 months at home with him. After taking time off to be a mother, I struggled to find an associate chiropractor position. I went on countless interviews and they all wanted me to explain my break in employment. I answered honestly and all the interviews were unsuccessful.
I couldn’t imagine what going back to work would look like for me, but I just knew I wanted my son to be proud of me. At this time, I was scrolling through marketplace and stumbled upon a doctor donating a chiropractic table to a new grad looking to start and/or grow their business. This, I knew, was God’s work. All I needed was a table and my two hands. And thus, began Synergy Chiropractic & Wellness. I am grateful every day to that doctor, my family and my patients for being a part of my journey.
We were able to accomplish so much this year and I cannot wait to see what next year has to offer! This is a marathon, not a sprint.
