Responsibilities: Candidate must be proficient in OASIS assessments
Basic coding a major plus
Experience with wound care, infusions and IV's a major plus!
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Perform assigned duties, including wound care, infusion and IV therapies and other treatments
Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
