🌟 Another amazing Legacy Oaks of Midlothian + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We’re proud to join the launched by the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living. This campaign celebrates residents reaching meaningful milestones in their therapy programs — shining a light on the incredible progress happening right here in our community. 💪✨

We are so proud of the incredible progress one of our residents has made! When they first began therapy, they were experiencing fatigue and feelings of depression, which made it difficult to stay motivated. With consistent therapy and support, everything has changed. In just a month, they’ve doubled their activity tolerance from 15 to 30 minutes, needing fewer rest breaks and less guidance during sessions. Even more inspiring, their mood has shifted from withdrawn to happy and engaged, with plenty of smiles along the way. Their hard work and determination are truly something to celebrate!

Each month, he dives deep into the defense of Christianity, sparking lively discussions and encouraging critical thinking.
The class not only enriches residents spiritually but also fosters connection, conversation, and a sense of community.

Legacy Oaks Midlothian was full of joy and connection as we welcomed the little ones from Firehouse Kids Daycare for a special storytime. 📖

One of our residents invited the children to help tell the story, filling the room with giggles and wonder. Afterward, kids and residents sat side by side, drawing pictures of what “a house” means to them. 🏡

The art was sweet, but the true masterpiece was the love and laughter shared across generations. ✨

When happy hour entertainment was canceled, we discovered two of our residents were celebrating their 74th wedding anniversary! 🥂

We turned happy hour into a celebration of their love story, with family, fellow residents, and even a recreated wedding cake complete with their original topper. A perfect reminder that love and community are always worth celebrating. 💕
