Studio D Yoga

Studio D Yoga Studio D Yoga provides a healing space for a variety of practices. Our yoga students range in age from 35-85.

We offer breathwork, sound healing, art workshops and journaling, trauma informed meditation and mindfulness, and a variety of special events. (Studio D is also available for rental for trainings, private sessions, and an assortment of private events.) We welcome beginners and offer a gentler style of Hatha and Vinyasa. You are invited to take a class and see if we are a good fit for you. You will get the feeling of being “at home” at Studio D Yoga.
