Today we’re celebrating a very important birthday at Renew…

Our Dogtor in Training, Navy Lou, turned ONE. 🤎

Over the past year she has taken her job here very seriously. She protects us from the delivery guys, welcomes patients when they walk through the door, sniffs out the occasional rule breaker, and comforts anyone who might need a little extra love.

When she’s not on duty, you can usually find her napping behind chairs in the corners, relaxing on the couch, or following her mommy and her girls around the office to make sure she doesn’t miss a thing.

Safe to say… she’s become a pretty important part of the Renew team.

Happy Birthday to our very own Amber 🎉

If you’ve spent time at Renew, you’ve likely felt Amber’s presence without even realizing it. She’s the one keeping things organized, making sure patients feel cared for, checking in on the team, and somehow holding space for everyone all at once.

Amber truly is an anchor here. Our office mom, our problem solver, our resident jokester, and the one who somehow keeps us all moving in the right direction.

She’s the kind of person who will sit with you when you need support, celebrate with you when things go well, and always try to make the day a little lighter for everyone around her.

Amber, thank you for the care, laughter, and dedication you bring to Renew every single day.

When you walk into Renew, you’ll notice the warmth first.

Natural wood details.
Clean white walls that feel calm, not clinical.
Leather chairs and couches. Rocking corners that feel more like a living room than a waiting room.

The lighting is softer.
Treatment rooms are dimmed, with the gentle glow of salt lamps instead of harsh overhead lights.

Shoes come off at the door.
The bathroom is stocked with the best for babies and for women.
There’s local coffee, tea, and water if you need a moment.
A quiet lounge if you need something darker and more still.

You’ll see all of our staff greet you by name.
Families lingering between adjustments.
Children playing. Community forming.

You might see Navy Lou 🐾 waiting patiently or roaming, ready to offer her comforting magic when it’s needed.

And yes, there are moments when it feels full.
