Location: Midlothian, VA
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Person
This isn’t your typical 9–5. Our full-time schedule includes a mix of early mornings and later evenings, designed to best serve our families. You’ll need to be reliably energized and present for those rhythms.

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Patient Experience and Marketing/Media Coordinator. Someone who naturally balances people skills with precision, warmth with clarity, and intuition with action. This is a foundational role that touches everything from first impressions to patient follow-through, social media to system flow. It’s part creative coordinator, part front-desk anchor, part behind-the-scenes glue — and a key player in keeping the energy of the office grounded, welcoming, and thriving.

💫 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Welcoming and guiding patients through their visits with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Managing the daily flow: phone calls, scheduling and payment, communication, check-in/out
• Supporting and creating patient follow-up, retention strategies, and system improvements
• Creating and scheduling marketing/brand content (email, social, design)
• Keeping the front desk and systems running smoothly and efficiently
• Thinking ahead and filling in the gaps — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Collaborating closely with the owner, office manager, doctors and care team to elevate the overall experience
✏️ We’d Love If You Have:
• Experience in admin, patient care, hospitality, creative marketing, or wellness industries
• Familiarity/knowledge with content tools (Canva, social platforms, Flodesk — or a willingness to learn)
• Emotional maturity and strong boundaries — you stay composed and compassionate, even on full days
• A long-term vision for being part of something meaningful
• A deep belief in natural wellness and holistic care
