Our holiday celebration was anything but a silent night! 🎄

We had a BLAST with residents, families, and team members during our holiday gathering. We ate delicious food, heard familiar holiday tunes, and admired everyone's festive attire - from sweaters and vests to headbands and necklaces! There were beautiful lights, decor, and laughter filling the community with holiday cheer.

Thank you so much to all of the friends and family who attended our event. We are so lucky to be able to spend the holidays with our loved ones and the people who make Spring Arbor a wonderful place to be 💜

Our residents loved this art class that, when completed, created a beautiful design of all of the canvases put together. Although each canvas is a journey, this symbolizes the friendships that our residents have in the community, and of going through the journey together 💜

Recently, our residents took a trip to Four Seasons for some DELICIOUS dessert. It was a great chance to switch up the daily routine and spend some time outside of the community, all while enjoying time with friends 🍰

When we can't get to the pottery class, we bring the pottery class to us!

Our residents and team members had a great time working with their hands to create perfect masterpieces. For many, this was a new activity that they had never tried before, so not only did we have fun, but we learned something new!

Did you know that sorting can keep the brain active?

Many of our residents had a career they were proud of - whether they were a lawyer, a nurse, a stay-at-home mom, or a pilot, they were involved in something that gave them purpose, and just because someone needs more support as they age doesn't mean that they can't still have a purpose!

Sometimes giving our residents a task, such as counting and sorting, gives them a sense of helpfulness and responsibility that creates moments of joy. Not to mention, small tasks can help keep the brain active!

Come by our community every Tuesday morning for the FAMOUS mobile coffee bar!

Our residents love when the activities team comes through the neighborhood with a good-morning energy boost. They play fun music and offer all sorts of coffee drinks and snacks, creating a fun morning routine that is sure to start the day off on the right foot!
