UPDATE:

Lauren is now working at the Hope Clinic in Waxahachie. At this time she is an adult only provider. So, she can see patients 18 years and older. The pediatricians that are at the Hope Clinic are amazing and can see your children if you want them to be seen in the same location.
Any appointments, insurance questions, or pricing questions will need to be directed to the clinic!
If you would like to find out if they accept your insurance or make an appointment, please call the office directly at 972-923-2440. New patient paperwork can be found on their website. Their website is www.call4hope.org
Lauren looks forward to seeing some familiar faces in the future! Once again, thank you all for all of your continued prayers and support!!

Hope Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). As an FQHC, we will see patients regardless of income status or ability to pay.

After much prayer, thought, and discussion with family and trusted colleagues, we have decided to close Hometown Concierge Health. I type this with a heavy heart as I have loved serving all of my patients and appreciate more than words can ever say the support shown to our little practice. Regretfully, we feel it best to close the practice and focus on faith, health, and family.

While I loved practicing at HCH and found it incredibly rewarding and fulfilling, the effects of the pandemic and the stress of running a small business has taken almost everything I had from me and nearly cost me my family. Those who have grown to know me over the last three years know that nothing means more to me than my husband, James, and our children. I appreciate every single one of you that have trusted me to come into your home and take care of you and your loved ones. It is an honor I never took lightly and will never forget. I am grateful for the relationships built with patients, some of who have become friends and like family. Finally, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, Midlothian and Ellis County. This community will always be my home, and I love knowing I live amongst such good people.

The last day of operation will be November 30th, 2021. In the meantime, Sharon is still here to take your calls and answer messages, and I will be available to maintain your care as needed. We do still have this year’s flu vaccine and can administer it until we close. Please feel free to reach out to the office with any questions, concerns, or requests. Please remember to leave a message if you happen to get the voicemail. Sharon will typically return most calls the same day, but we will have all messages returned by the next business day.

I respectfully ask for phone calls, text messages, and social media contact to be directed to the office only. We appreciate your understanding during this trying time.

We wanted to post a few reminders for our patients.
Our office hours are Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-4pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
We are not available to answer calls or text messages on the weekends or after hours.
If you call and do not get an answer PLEASE leave a voicemail. We return all voicemails by the next business day. If messages are not left we can't call you back.
While we do schedule labwork on Saturdays the office is closed and no one is available by phone - our lab tech starts at this 1st house and goes from one house to the next so we may ask for an hour window for his arrival time for Saturday lab draws. If there is an emergency that prevents him from working that Saturday we will call patients to let them know he won't be there.
Due to the increase in COVID cases right now the lab is behind on getting results to providers. Our blood test results are sometimes taking 2-3 days now and COVID tests can take up to 3-4 days to get back. If you have labwork done, please be patient while waiting for results - we do our best to notify patients as soon as we see the results come from the lab.
Lauren has many friends that are also patients, but she would like to ask that you please send all medical related questions to the office by phone, text or email. This helps ensure your questions or needs are able to be addressed quickly as she can not always respond when she is seeing other patients during the day. This also helps keep any balls from being dropped!

Lauren's Grandfather lost his battle with COVID on Thursday morning. His memorial service will be held on Wednesday in Oklahoma. HCH will be closed on Wednesday 9/1/21. We will resume normal business hours on Thursday 9/2/21. Lauren would like to thank each and everyone of you for your thoughts and prayers during this time.
Please continue to be patient as we are adjusting our schedule so Lauren can be with her family during this time. So, we may have some delays in our availability, but we will do our best to accommodate our patients!
