Join us for a transformative journey of self-discovery in our upcoming Power of Journaling workshop. In this intimate and interactive setting, you'll have the opportunity to explore the power of writing as a tool for reflection, expression, and a more mindful life.
Wear yoga class clothes and bring your mat. We’re incorporating yoga into our journaling practice. And, as an added bonus, all attendees will receive a free journal.
