If you have been established in my career for a while, then you KNOW that I hate nothing more than to rush the body if it is not ready to be done. More often than not, I find myself going over time in my 60 minute sessions because of this.

○I have decided to discontinue offering 60 minute sessions for new bookings. Instead, I will be shifting to 75 minute sessions along with existing 90 and 120 minute appointments! This allows more time to work what is needed without being rushed for both of us.

○Along with this, massage rates will be shifting starting March 15, 2025 to:

●75 minute sessions: $130
●90 minute sessions: $155
●120 minute sessions: $195

You're ongoing support means the absolute world to me. Existing appointments and packages will be honored.

Want to lock in current prices for other sessions? Just book and prepay before March 15!

This is why I do the work I do. It's never just a relaxing massage for me. There is so much energetic work alongside the physical bodywork that goes into my sessions for you to get the most out of your healing. In addition, the abdomen is a vital area that should be worked! So much in our lives is stored in this area, and we don't even realize how it affects us.

Why Ledah and not your name?

I got asked this alot. I knew a long time ago that if I ever started my own massage business that I didn't want it to be my name. People get confused with the pronunciation of my name and I really wanted something unique, new, and my own creation.

I grew up overseas and have always admired how other languages have so many words to express specific things. Unfortunately, in English we use the same word to express various things. I began exploring and landed on "ledah". This is a Hebrew word. (Get ready for my wanna-be-English-major to come out) It is the noun for "birth". So instead of the action verb, it is used to describe the process of birth.

I fell in love with this. Of course I adore my prenatal and postpartum work, but if you know me, you know that my work is so much more. It's about connecting the mind back to the body again. So much healing comes out of releasing trauma from the body from various areas of our life. Whatever you are going through in life, man or woman, pregnant or single, young or seasoned, I would be honored if you would allow me to support you through whatever you're laboring through.

I finally did it!!!!

After being a massage therapist for almost 7 years, I finally made the jump and opened my own business!!

My name is Ana. (Ah-nuh) [like from Frozen 😂]
From early in my massage education I have always had a passion for pregnancy and postpartum. Having 2 girls of my own, that passion has grown even more! I specialize in prenatal and postpartum bodywork but also massage in any stage of life. I would love to come alongside and support you as best as I can!
