We’re performing a lip lift using the classic bullhorn (or angel wings) approach. This patient’s philtrum measured around 20mm, and with little to no tooth show at rest, we’re planning a 6–7mm reduction to create youthful lips.

This subtle lift will shorten the distance between the nose and lip, turn the lip slightly outward, and add a natural pout — no filler needed
