💧Hot yoga in the summer? YES. Here’s why: Practicing in the heat helps your body adapt to high temperatures, improving circulation, hydration efficiency, and overall endurance.

This process, called heat acclimation, is backed by science. According to the Journal of Applied Physiology, regular exposure to heat through exercise can boost your sweat response, lower core temperature during workouts, and improve heart rate regulation.🔥

✨That said, hydration is key. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water before and after class to support your body as it acclimates.

So don’t shy away from the heat, lean into it. Your body will thank you.
