Developing athletic skills is about WAY more than sports performance—it’s about building a foundation for physical and emotional strength that lasts a lifetime.

At KidStrong, our movement-based challenges during the KidStrong Fall Challenge help kids develop the next level of coordination, strength and resilience—all while having a whole lot of fun.

We believe that strong minds require strong bodies (and vice versa!). That’s why this week we’re focusing on sports skills and athletic development for the whole child.

We’re talking:
👍 Mastering movement through activity-based play
💪 Building power—inside and out
👏 Gaining confidence, resilience and physical skill through active, joyful learning

At KidStrong, we make problem solving fun through age-appropriate skill-building activities developed by experts. We’re talking:

🏗️ Fort building to teach kids how to plan, adapt and think critically and creatively.
⭕ Strategic thinking and logical reasoning games like tic-tac-toe.
🤝 Line up challenges that require collaboration and communication to get the job done.
🤷 Guessing games that require kids to analyze information and use logic.

During this week of the KidStrong Fall Challenge, problem solving is front and center. We’re working on developing strong minds equipped with the skills they need to thrive in any situation. 🌱
