The best advice I ever ignored: "In year one of starting The Well Personal Fitness, I was advised by someone close to me that I should get a part time job to help me pay my bills."

I chose not to do that, and struggled for a bit. I struggled hard. I sold my car to get some capital. I ate oatmeal for dinner. I did whatever it would take - I put my all to get it off of the ground. I knew that this was going to work, I just had to figure it out. I knew this was what I was supposed to be doing.
And here’s how it turned out. 12 years in. 3 locations. Many lives touched. Many more to go.
It wasn't and isn't about my sacrifice, it was and is about the value we create to help our clients.Thank you for the opportunity.
