Join us for a special morning of connection, learning, and community!

Hosted by Beyond Pediatric Therapy, LLC and Core + Flow, this free class is designed for moms and their babies to grow stronger together 💛

During our time together, we’ll focus on:

✨ Simple, supportive ways to build strength and confidence
✨ Gentle postpartum core exercises for moms

I've been a pediatric OT for 14 years, 10 of that doing home based services. When we packed up and moved to Virginia a year and a half ago, all my accumulated "work things" went into some very large containers that have slowly been checked for various items like workbooks or sensory toys. Without fail, every time I go into these containers, I find scissors. Every. Single. Time. Genuinely don't understand it, why do I have so many pairs when I know so many have made it down into my kids' craft supplies?!?! WHERE ARE THEY ALL COMING FROM?!? To all my other peds providers, IYKYK
