Too much screen time can lead to digital eye strain and may impact vision over time. Simple habits like arm’s-length screens, the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds), blue-light filters, and plenty of outdoor play can help keep young eyes healthy.
