The power of scent goes deeper than mood.

A 2024 study found that wearing a rose-scented essential oil patch for one month actually increased gray matter volume in areas linked to memory and emotional processing. 🌹🧠

Sometimes the best meditation happens while moving — feet in the sand, breath in rhythm, mind at ease.
Equal breath steadies the nervous system and reminds us that balance is found in simple things: inhale, exhale, repeat. 🌬️

(Pretty sure last night’s Yin class helped me keep up with my shadow though — those legs got lengthened! 😆)
