OT Tip of the Day!
Add finger warm-ups before hand-writing or fine motor activities. Warm-ups can be simple, such as walk your fingers up and down a pencil, pressing hands and fingers together, or playing with some theraputty. 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝 And if you're a public charter school in Utah and you need some OT services, message us!

As we approach the busy end of the year for our schools in Utah, the students can need a little bit more movement to manage all of the testing and IEP’s and timelines that happen in May. We recommend a 2 to 3 minute sensory motor break for all of your classrooms. It also helps give the teacher a break 😉 DM us if you would like a list of sensory motor break ideas! 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝
