✨ CREATE your own Sanctuary ✨
That has been my theme the past couple weeks as we enter winter and fall is falling away 🍂 Take the time, money and energy to FILL up your space with things that you love and bring you joy and peace. For me, it’s PLANTS, CRYSTALS, CATS, and ART. Those bring me LIFE. They facilitate my BREATH (literally w/ plants), and they bring me an incredible amount of serenity to the point of tears, laughter, smiles and a bursting heart of gratitude. I’m filled up and whole. ⚪️ LET ME HELP YOU GET THERE !!! let me help facilitate your healing, your sanctuary, your growth and your journey 💕🙏 I’m here for you, I feel you and I see you. Love my space 💕 I’ve worked really hard over the past few months (since I moved into this teeny tiny apartment) to make it a sanctuary for my healing, my yoga and mindset. It still needs A LOT of work, but plants have been a HUGE part of my decor and has had an even greater effect on my emotional wellness and growth. And I have grown to love this little space, it’s not much but I am able to practice yoga and be around light and love through meditation, my daily practice and plants 🌱

Something I have been working a lot on are these Love Jars I’m calling them, sorta like Spell Jars. Within each and every jar includes: Crystals, at least 1 piece of jewelry, oils, cute pebbles and shells, babies breath, rose/flower petals, palo santo wood and herbs: lavender, sage, frankincense, rosemary, chamomile and basil.

Eventually I’d love to sell these and include them on my Paige Blake Wellness website, but for now I am just giving them out as gifts. If you’d like one or you see one you want let me know! I am just trying them out , playing around with what works and what people like! Would love advice or feedback!
