If you want to take control of your health, start by reading the label.

What’s in your food matters more than the calorie count or grams of fat. The ingredients tell the real story.

Can you recognize every item on the list? Would you cook with those ingredients in your own kitchen? If not, your body likely doesn’t recognize them either.

Here’s what I tell my patients to look for:

– No more than 5 ingredients
– Less than 5 grams of added sugar per serving
– No artificial sweeteners or industrial seed oils
– Nothing you can’t pronounce or find in your pantry

Even “natural” sugars can spike insulin and drive cravings. Sugar alcohols and synthetic additives can wreak havoc on your gut. Fortified grains are not a substitute for real nutrition.

Food is information. If that information is full of chemicals, fake fats, and hidden sugars, your body will respond with inflammation, hormone disruption, and disease.

Prioritize real, whole, unprocessed food. The fewer ingredients, the better.

Your biology depends on what you put in your body, make it count.

For the past five years, Paige and Zac have faced a long, emotional journey through infertility. They’ve undergone multiple IUI and IVF treatments, each one filled with hope, heartbreak, and unwavering determination to grow their family.

Their perseverance was rewarded when they became pregnant on their fifth embryo transfer — a beautiful baby boy named Bronx. Tragically, at just 22 weeks, Paige went into preterm labor and delivered Bronx in an ambulance. He was deeply loved and is missed every single day.

Throughout their entire journey, their close friend Lauren has been by their side. Early on, she told Paige that if she ever needed a surrogate, she would be honored to help — and now, that selfless offer is becoming a reality.

Lauren and her husband Sawyer have committed to helping Paige and Zac through surrogacy. Both families have already completed counseling, and they’ve each hired legal representation to make sure everything is handled ethically and with care.

As beautiful as this next chapter is, the surrogacy process comes with significant expenses — especially when it comes to legal requirements, counseling, and proper protections for everyone involved.

Plasma Pen is a great non-surgical option to achieve a wide range of aesthetic results. So how does it work?

“The best way to tighten loose skin on the face is with a PlasmaPen™ soft-surgery treatment. This procedure immediately contracts, tightens and resurfaces the loose epidermal tissue on the face by delivering controlled trauma to the skin using a gaseous arc of ionized plasma gas, all created and delivered with precision by the PlasmaPen™ device.
