Anxiety Attack vs. Panic Attack: Know the Difference! π€―

π¬ "Anxiety Attack" (Informal):
Gradual build-up from a clear stressor (work, finances).
Intense worry, irritability, muscle tension. Can last minutes to hours.
β‘ Panic Attack (Clinical Term):
Sudden, explosive surge of intense fear.
Often no obvious trigger.
Racing heart, shortness of breath, chest pain, fear of losing control/dying.
Peaks within minutes, usually subsides within 20-30 mins.
