Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there will be changes in our office Protocol.
We will continue to maintain the utmost sanitation standards set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We are also following recommendations set by American Dental Association (ADA) and Oklahoma Dental Association (ODA) and OSHA guidelines.
All employees are to practice frequent handwashing with soap and water and stay home if they are sick. They are required to wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), sanitize all Operatories and equipment between patients. Counters, all door handles, desks, tables, card readers, and sinks, will be wiped down multiple times throughout the day.
All patients will be subject to a screening questionnaire when they call to make an appointment and when they arrive at the office for their appointment. Patients will also have a temperature reading when they arrive for their appointment. Patients with temperature of 100.4 will be rescheduled.
Waiting rooms are closed. Patients will need to call when arriving at the office, a staff member will meet you outside to complete your questionnaire and take your temperature. Once completed we will text or call you when we are ready to take you directly to the operatory. In the operatory, patients will wash their hands & be asked to do a mouth rinse with Peroxide. If you do not have a cell phone to call when you arrive, please come inside to the front desk for further direction.
The patient will be the only person allowed in the building; other family members will need to stay in the car. One adult may accompany any patient 6 or younger.
