Before you pass away , remove your children as the beneficiaries for everything that you own. I know that sounds crazy , but you DONT want that.
If you want to pass down your assets to them after you pass away , then put all of the assets you own in a revocable trust , and then make your kids the beneficiaries of that trust.
When you go this route , your children can bypass what is called “the PROBATE period”. That process can be very long & ugly !
When you put your assets in a trust , your children have immediate access to the assets when you pass away. ALSO, you want to make sure to have a life insurance policy that covers your mortgage , so that when you pass away , your policy will pay off the mortgage and now your children will own the property out right !

We moved!!! Yes again! But this is BIGGER! I moved my office from 6904 E Reno, Midwest City, OK 73110 to 2905 Harr Dr Ste 102, Midwest City. OK 73110. I will be hosting an ice cream social or something soon as an open house. My new office is convenient to i40 and SE 29th.

Usually I tell people my first introduction to insurance started with Aflac, but it actually started with a company called Careington. I first heard about Careington when I got a postcard advertisement in the mail from Oklahoma Dental in Del City for free cleaning and Xrays. I was overdue, so I took advantage. Dr Charles Scott was amazing in 2 ways. #1 He had me laughing dispelling my fear of dentists. Next time he needs to move his fingers out of the way when I am laughing. #2. He told me I needed 2 baby teeth (yes I was in my 40s with baby teeth still) removed and back in 2011 it was going to cost me $130 a tooth. I am sure it's a lot more now. I told him I'd think about it. Yes, I seriously went home and tried to pull them out myself, but those slippery baby teeth were stuck in good and weren't even wiggling. So I signed up to be an agent and I was my own first customer. I had my own amazing reviews because I had the statement receipt to prove I had 2 teeth pulled for the price of one. I highly recommend Dr Scott, and I highly recommend Careington if you have no other dental options that fit your budget.

If you have a Medicare advantage plan, it should include a gym membership which can include water aerobics. Some plans even include things you can do at home.
