Emilee is a Graduate Clinician from the University of Oklahoma - Health Science Center, and you will be seeing her at our Midwest City clinic and various community partnership this Fall.

We’re so happy you’re here, Emilee! We know that you’re going to learn so much from our team and have a blast with our amazing clients! Thank you, Miss Alexia, for teaching Miss Emilee so much this Fall! 🍂 🍃

It is a blessing to have multiple requests every season from students, colleges, universities, and graduate programs for shadowing, rotations, and clinical externships. Our team is always eager to pour into rising therapists and therapy assistants. We are currently accepting requests for 2026 placements.

Congratulations, Arizona! 🎓

We are so excited to celebrate one of our newest graduates of occupational therapy, Arizona!

Miss Ashley said, “Arizona was truly a pleasure to work with. She made amazing progress in dressing and body awareness in the short time I had with her. She is truly a wonderful little lady!”

Arizona’s Mom also shared with us how proud she is of her little girl! We appreciate the trust and partnership with Arizona’s family in helping her reach her goals.

Congratulations, Nolan! 🎉

🎓 Miss Reagan is overjoyed to celebrate Nolan’s graduation from physical therapy.

Miss Reagan shared, “Nolan is the sweetest little boy. I have been seeing him since he was around two months old and have helped him through each development milestone from then to now! He recently had his first birthday and was walking without assistance shortly afterwards! He loves all toys and making noise. His mom was so supportive of him in helping making sure he met all his goals. He loved therapy, learning new skills, and always had the biggest smile!”

Congratulations, Bella! 🎉

We are excited to recognize Bella as our next Standout Star! Bella started speech in April with Miss Samantha and worked diligently to master the majority of her articulation, receptive language, and expressive language goals in a short time.

Miss Sam said, “We worked on producing “r” and “th” as well as labeling and identifying spatial concepts, pronouns, and past-tense verbs throughout our time together. Bella loved playing “the numbers game” and showing me her dance moves at the end of our sessions. She was also excited to show me her outfit each day! Bella demonstrated good attendance and excellent familial support, which greatly benefited her progress during her treatment sessions.”

Bella’s mother shared, “We are extremely proud of the way Bella has grown with communicating her needs and wants clearly and explaining and expressing her feelings.”

Bella is such a sweet, caring, and silly girl, and we are all very proud of her!

This week, we are shining the spotlight on our incredible administrative team. Together, they work diligently to ensure that our incredible team of therapists and the hundreds of clients and families that we are blessed to serve have everything they need to make a difference and reach goals every day!

When you contact OKC Speech or enter one of our three clinics, you will have the opportunity to interact with this amazing team. You’ll be met with a smile and have a warm welcome, thanks to the tone that they set from the first interaction.

From phone calls and faxes to emails and communication at the front desk, you will see that this incredible administrative team upholds our core values of integrity, teamwork, excellence, and compassion.

They handle everything from communication with insurance companies, doctors’ offices and community organizations to referrals, scheduling, prior authorizations, billing, client accounts, contracting, and keeping the offices running seamlessly.

We are so thankful for everything that they do, and best of all, they never forget to have fun!

Miss Dayana, CCC-SLP shared, “TaTeyona made incredible progress in a short period of time, meeting all of her speech and communication goals. Her hard work truly paid off, and it’s been a privilege to watch her blossom into a confident and effective communicator. What makes TaTeyona stand out even more is her happy spirit and friendliness. Congratulations to our Back To School Perfect Attendance Winners! 🍎

Oli, Jaxsyn, Makenzie, and Lucas were our winners! Their names were entered into the drawing for baskets full of art/ school supplies to celebrate perfect attendance in the final few weeks of summer.

One of the sweet winners received her prize bucket from Miss Sam, CCC-SLP this week! Jaxsyn’s mom was so appreciative, and Jaxsyn was very interested in the arts and crafts supplies. 🎨 ✂️ ✏️

Miss Lauren recently headed off to OSU to pursue a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She was such an amazing SLPA, and each and every one of her clients and their families adored her! However, Miss Lauren has big dreams and goals of becoming an SLP!
