We recently had the privilege of sitting down with Kip McElwee of Signature Hospice of Oklahoma. We quickly learned that for Kip, hospice isn’t just a career—it’s a promise kept.

Long before Kip owned a hospice company, she stood where so many of us have: at the bedside of a loved one.
