Meet Joanna, who has a thoughtful approach to managing stress. When things feel overwhelming, they pause and B.O.P. (breathe on purpose), use affirmations, listen to music, cuddle with their dogs, and lean on their support system.

A great reminder that taking care of your mind and leaning on what (and who) you love can make all the difference.

This series centers the importance of shifting environments, practices, and valuing lived-experience —rather than expecting individuals to change who they are. Together, we can build more inclusive, supportive systems that honor neurodiversity and create space for everyone to thrive.
