Hey All! I'm heading off to hike some dirt paths with my family.

I will be out of the office beginning Thursday November 21st thru the Thanksgiving weekend. Phone calls, texts, and emails will be returned that first week of December.

Heads up: December is booking quickly. I may have limited openings this time of year, so please be patient (Ha! Get it?!) And use that hot or cold pack, do the exercise, pay attention to the body whispering at you for self care, you know, all the things we talk about.

Jamie will still be in on Mondays for some fantastic acupuncture.

Kendra will still be working with you all for massage, lucky ducks.

But the office will not be open for supplement sales or purchasing. I will be at the office Wednesday the 20th from 8:00 am-5:30 pm so if you need anything, tomorrow's the day.

Going for a walk today I noticed how many popple tree seed pods have fallen, no wonder my nose is stuffy and I sneezed a few times. Allergy season will be brewing, and I bet after another good rain and some sunshine it will really kick into gear. Up next will be the Minnesota State bird, or I mean bug.......
