IBEW Local 109 is located in Milan, Illinois and serves the greater Quad City area in both Iowa and Illinois. Along with the immediate Quad Cities, Local 109 also serves Ioaw City, Cedar Rapids, Ottumwa, Ford Dodge, and Muscatine, Iowa, as well as Cordova Illinois.
