Our March Employee of the Month is Beth Vaughan! Congratulations, Beth! We are so happy you joined our team!

Beth joined our staff in January 2026 as a Dietary Aide - Cook. She brings several years' experience in the restaurant culinary arena. She was born in Colorado and moved to Ohio when she was 5 years old. She has 3 children and 3 grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with outside of work.

Losing a resident is never easy. But losing a resident like Ienza is especially hard. Ienza lived with us for many years and became part of our family. To know her was to love her. She was quick to give make up advice and her opinion! She will be deeply missed by all of us. Rest in peace, sweet lady.
