Today on The Seasons, residents and staff came together for a heartfelt going-away celebration for Dez. 💐

Dez has been such a special part of our Ripley Crossing family, serving as both a transport driver and an activities aide on The Seasons. She has shared so much kindness, laughter, and compassion with our residents, always going above and beyond to brighten someone’s day.

The bonds she built with our residents and staff mean so much, and saying goodbye is never easy. Dez, thank you for the love and care you poured into this community. You made a difference in so many lives, and that will never be forgotten.

You will truly be missed, and The Seasons won’t be the same without you. We wish you nothing but the best in your next chapter. Once part of the Ripley Crossing family, always part of the family. ❤️

This week we celebrate National Long-Term Care Administrator’s Week, and we want to recognize the incredible leadership of our administrator, Trina.

Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to both our residents and staff make Ripley Crossing the special place that it is. Every day she works behind the scenes to ensure our residents receive the care, respect, and dignity they deserve.

Thank you, Trina, for your leadership, your heart for our community, and for always advocating for the people who call Ripley Crossing home. We are grateful for you this week and every week! 🩷

Last Friday we had an amazing Staff Appreciation Celebration at Ripley Crossing! ☕🌭

Our team started the morning with a delicious coffee bar breakfast, followed by a fun grill-out lunch to keep the celebration going. It was a small way to say a big THANK YOU to the incredible staff who work so hard every day to care for our residents and support one another.

We are so grateful for the dedication, compassion, and teamwork that make Ripley Crossing such a special place. 💜
