🌀💙💠🎉 Private Birthday Party Sound Bath

Saturday I had the honor of holding a private group sound bath meditation to celebrate a beautiful soul’s birthday. 🎂💫

Instead of a traditional party, she chose to gift herself and 10 of her friends something deeper… rest, healing, and connection.

As the crystal singing bowls, chimes, and vibrations filled the room, everyone melted into relaxation and allowed the sound to wash over them, giving ourselves love and letting go what no longer serves their highest good. The energy was peaceful, powerful, and truly loving!

What a beautiful way to welcome another year around the sun. 🌞

In this session, you’ll settle onto a warm, cozy Amethyst BioMat, wrapped in soft blankets while gentle crystal light therapy shines through the dermal layers to help support chakra balance and energetic alignment.

As you relax, I hold space for Reiki healing energy to help clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony throughout the body.
