I am a DONA trained Birth and Post-Partum Doula for Milan, Saline, Manchester, Dexter, Chelsea, Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor, Mi :)

Doula's are nonmedical, nonbiased, nonjudgemental, support people to help you through your most stressful, wonderful, and emotional experiences - pregnancy, birth, post-partum period, and sometimes grief or loss. I can provide you with validation, reassurance, physical support, emotional support, a sounding board for ideas, education, helpful system suggestions around the house or for birth preparation, nutrition assistance, initial breast feeding support, initial or continuing post-partum depression support, and much more. I am passionate about families and helping you to empower yourself to be the best parent you can be!
