Many different ailments are seen here including pain, women's health, neuropathy, digestive disorders, and overall wellness. I’m a natural minded momma living in this ever changing world. I have a background in Athletic Training, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and certificate in Aromatherapy. I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences in 2014 with my Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine

. From there I first began practicing at the community’s local clinic. However, life threw a curve ball with the diagnosis of cancer in my oldest daughter. I stepped away from my job to step into the job of full-time warrior mom job. After conquering cancer and settling back into our new normal, I am ready to step back into my role as healer and your acupuncturist. From my family’s journey, I know fully well the need for mainstream medicine and the positives that come from it while implementing natural medicine as needed. My mind craves knowledge and finds satisfaction in researching all things health. My heart finds contentment in using essential oils and REAL food as medicine. My soul finds fulfillment in helping others. I am a mom to 3 kids and married to a hardworking farmer/ agronomist. Besides being your acupuncturist, I have one of the best jobs being a stay-at-home mom where I spend my days homeschooling my kids; researching something (there’s always something I NEED to know more about!); and just fully being in the moment of life. This little jewel is used during ear seeding. But what is ear seeding? 🤔

Ear seeds are a great way to take the treatment home with you. Depending on what the goal is, seeds are placed on specific points in the ear to help achieve this goal. Most protocols require between 7-12 seeds. These seeds don't pe*****te the ear but rather sit on the surface, making them safe but effective. They last between 5-8 days and only require a little massage during the day to stimulate the points.

Whether you are a fan of rainy weather or not, take a moment to sit back and find your nervous system naturally reset with the raindrops hitting the windows. It's one of Mother Nature's way to calm and slow down the pace of life.

Make it your goal this week to be more deliberate with carving out time to take care of yourself -- whether that's making time for a silent moment reading + coffee or putting your feet up to unwind or putting your barefeet on the grass.
