Staff and residents enjoyed a baby shower in honor of HR/BOM Tarah. Residents are so excited for the new little bundle of joy to join the Avantara Family in a couple short weeks.

Management went on tour and put on a rock show for the residents and staff at Avantara Milbank. Once they were done on tour, residents took over and rocked out!

Rhonda, CNA, was the lucky winner of the gift basket last week for completing all her mandatory training on time. Rhonda was very deserving of this due to her hard work and dedication. Rhonda has been working as a CNA here for 42 years! Wow! Congratulation, Rhonda, and thank you for all your hard work!

At Avantara Milbank we put on a talent show & had a karaoke show. This was such a fun event and everyone who participated had such a blast. There were so many laughs and everyone was cheering. We only had one resident who was able to "shoot the cup off the head". If you look close, you can see arrow hitting the cup in action. Everyone got to pick out gifts as well. We will definitely do this event again!
