Remember April is Parkinson’s Awareness Month
Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurological condition that affects movement, balance, and coordination, often showing up as tremors, stiffness, and slowed motion. While it can make daily tasks more challenging, the right support can make a meaningful difference. At-home care plays a vital role in helping individuals maintain independence, stay safe, and feel supported in a familiar environment. This month, we recognize those living with Parkinson’s and their families raising awareness, encouraging early support, and reminding our community that compassionate care at home can improve quality of life every day.
