The holidays take a lot out of people, even when they’re good. The constant plans, the family dynamics, the travel, the expectations. It’s normal to feel drained once everything quiets down.
CMHS has a few simple ways to help your body and mind settle again. Give yourself a day without obligations so your nervous system can decompress. Get outside for ten minutes of natural light to reset your rhythm. Bring your meals and sleep schedule back to something steady so your energy has a chance to level out.
