Happy Spring Equinox!! Spring is a season all about renewal, new beginnings + intention 🌞

Today also marks the start of Aries Szn. And in astrology it marks the start of a new year, so it’s a very special time to set intentions & plant the seeds for what you want to cultivate.

If you want today to feel extra special, try some of these rituals below:

🌸 Spring Equinox Rituals 🌸
- Meditate facing the sun
- Alternate nostril breathing to restore balance
- Quiet walk/hike in nature
- Start some indoor seeds
- Journal about what you’re leaving behind from winter
- Make a fresh juice or smoothie
- Ground outside barefoot
- Declutter & cleanse your space

I had the best Artist Date yesterday visiting a local Christmas Tree farm in Milford. I pass it all the time for one of my jobs & have been wanting to stop. So happy I finally listened to that call because it made my inner child feel full of joy ✨❤️🎄❤️✨

Today’s the last Eclipse of 2023 & the final one of the Scorpio/Ta**us cycle of eclipses that started 18 months ago.

Eclipses are supercharged cosmic events, so this week leading up to today might have been stressful or you experienced some chaotic events or sudden shifts.

This Lunar Eclipse in Ta**us is a chance for us to get clarity about where we’re settling in areas of abundance + love + self-worth. It’s a powerful time to release old habits & limiting beliefs.

*What makes this eclipse unique is that it’s squaring Pluto in Capricorn, which is the planet of old wounds/trauma/healing family lineage. When planets square each other it creates friction & causes disharmony.
- This placement could be an invitation to notice old patterns & wounds that need to be healed in regards towards your relationship with $$, how you feel worthy & how you take care of your body?

Baking is good for the soul 🧡

There’s something so therapeutic about cooking for yourself. I believe it’s one of the greatest acts of self-love you can do for yourself. It’s a great way to destress & make sure you’re nourishing your body in a healthy way.

When I saw peaches on sale at I immediately thought, “Oh yeahhh I’m making a peach crisp!” I threw it together without writing down the exact measurements sorry 🙈

But now that it’s apple season I’m gonna bake an apple crisp soon & will have a recipe to share with y’all 🍎🍏🍎

***Fun Fact: I learned during my yoga TT that when we cook our own food our bodies are able to digest it better + absorb more of the nutrients too!
