As someone who has experienced the weight that military service places on a family—the missed holidays, the worry, the pride mixed with fear—Memorial Day is a solemn reminder that some families have carried the ultimate sacrifice.

Today is not simply about a long weekend. It’s about honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, and remembering the loved ones who continue to carry that loss.

To anyone walking through grief, heartache, or the absence that military service can bring—whether from deployment, sacrifice, or loss—please know you are not alone. Your sacrifices, and the sacrifices of your loved ones, are seen and not forgotten.

We will be closed today in observance of Memorial Day as we pause to reflect, honor, and remember.❤️🤍💙

Busy season has a funny way of showing up in the body.
