Our family just got a little bigger! 💕

We’re thrilled to welcome our new baby Parker Eugene Ross into the world on November 7th and are soaking up these precious early days.

Thank you all for your continued love, patience, and support as we adjust to this new chapter.

Appointments will resume February 2nd, 2026 and I can’t wait to see you all again.

My books are officially closed as I prepare for this next season — and I’m already dreaming up what’s next!

While I take this time to rest, heal, and enjoy all the baby snuggles in a couple of weeks; I’ll also be working behind the scenes on some exciting updates for when I return.

Even if you can’t get on the table this month, here are a few gentle reminders for your own self-care:

✔️ Take a few minutes for deep breathing when stress creeps in!
