Important Notice to all patients and visitors of Milford Primary Care Associates :

We were recently notified of a change in property ownership affecting the parking lot in front of our Milford Primary Care Associates office at 301 Jefferson Ave.

Effective immediately (Tuesday, January 20, 2026), patients and visitors of Milford Primary Care Associates may NOT park in the parking lot in front of the building.

Please park only in the spaces directly outside (on right side or left side)of the building.
There are two handicap accessible parking spaces on the right side of the building.
