Each day I pray to continue to do the work I love, and I end my prayers with gratitude. Each day I show up for work not knowing what will happen in sessions, but I’m ready and willing to deliver and provide!

Today I was gifted with a session specifically for work & carried into discussion. A father shared his signs through me to his daughter, and channeled some beautiful messages!

Naturally I cleared myself and space for a reset, processed my day on the way home, and felt called to the kitchen, where my dad comes to me the quickest for my own comfort and connection!

I chopped my veggies, put on some water, and turned on the tunes! Preparing myself & dinner, I felt called for my that sit at the table, ready to go!

🙏 Today has been an absolute blessing of a day! Thank you for keeping me busy as I was out of work a few days, and thrown right back into sessions! 💗

😌 Today’s theme of sessions is Slow Down.
🐇 🐢 The turtle wins the race in the story, not the hare. When we are stressed or overconfident, we can make mistakes in our hurry to get things done. If you slow down, you will embrace the experience & focus more on what you’re doing. Allow yourself to concentrate & be present in your actions, allowing yourself to make fewer mistakes & feel less stressed. 🐢 🏆

🏁 It’s a PACE not a RACE!
