We’ve been quiet lately as we’ve taken time to process the last couple of months. It is with the deepest regret and the heaviest of hearts that we share the passing of our dear Indie after a brief and aggressive illness.

There are not adequate words to describe the impact Indie had on our family in her short life. She possessed an incredible spirit — strong, gentle, intuitive, and deeply connected. She brought comfort, joy, and a quiet steadiness to our home and to The Clear Reflection community.

Indie will forever be part of our family. Her paw prints are woven into the heart of The Clear Reflection and the Conroy family, always.

Thank you, Indie. We love you.

Meet Olivia!

Olivia began her mental health career in 2021 after earning her degree in Psychology from Rivier University. She first worked as an Applied Behavior Analysis therapist, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder, and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College in 2025.

With experience in substance use treatment, family counseling, and acute psychiatric hospitalization for children, Olivia is dedicated to providing empathetic, individualized care. She uses a cognitive-behavioral approach to help clients develop practical coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and other life challenges.

Outside the office, Olivia is an avid and compassionate animal lover. You might find her caring for her many pets—or hitting the slopes on her snowboard!

Meet Kristyn!

Kristyn is a Master’s-level clinician with a diverse background in vocational counseling, rehabilitation caseload management, disability advocacy for adolescents and adults, and individual mental health counseling. While earning her graduate degree at Assumption College, she became a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in 2017.

She’s also a mom to two girls and her beloved hound dog, Howie Doin’. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find her in the garden—harvesting vegetables, growing flowers, and cultivating good vibes.

Kristyn uses a person-centered approach, striving to help people feel grounded, safe, and supported as they begin—or continue—their own path toward wellness.

We are excited to welcome Brooke Grondell to the Clear Reflection team. Brooke is a graduate student intern from Southern New Hampshire University who enjoys working with children, teens, and adults. She brings a person-centered approach to her work and is known for her down-to-earth, connective style. Brooke is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and valued.

Meet Melissa!

Melissa has been a valued member of our Adolescent IOP team since 2022 and is nearing completion of her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology at SNHU. With a background as a school guidance counselor and youth engagement specialist, she has a true passion for supporting teens and families and brings compassion, consistency, and heart to her work.

Outside of CRCA, Melissa is a mom of three, a proud military spouse, a new Jiu Jitsu practitioner, a comic-con fan, and an all-around lover of travel, good food, and all things alien. We’re incredibly grateful for the dedication and dependability she brings to our team!

By title, Victoria is the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Clear Reflection Counseling Associates and with over 15 years of experience in human services, she truly embodies strong, heart-centered leadership. But by nature, she is the embodiment of integrity, authenticity, compassion, and tireless dedication.
Victoria has an incredible ability to inspire deep reflection and meaningful growth not only in her clients, but also in her colleagues, supervisees, and team members. She brings the perfect balance of unwavering support and thoughtful challenge, helping those around her grow into their best selves. We’re incredibly grateful for her leadership, her beautiful soul, and the impact she has on our team and community. And somehow, she does all of this while also being a loving wife and a mom to three lively boys!
