By title, Victoria is the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Clear Reflection Counseling Associates and with over 15 years of experience in human services, she truly embodies strong, heart-centered leadership. But by nature, she is the embodiment of integrity, authenticity, compassion, and tireless dedication.
Victoria has an incredible ability to inspire deep reflection and meaningful growth not only in her clients, but also in her colleagues, supervisees, and team members. She brings the perfect balance of unwavering support and thoughtful challenge, helping those around her grow into their best selves. We’re incredibly grateful for her leadership, her beautiful soul, and the impact she has on our team and community. And somehow, she does all of this while also being a loving wife and a mom to three lively boys!

We’re very excited to welcome Sarah and grateful for the opportunity to integrate her diverse and valuable experience into our practice. Sarah is trained in EMDR and enjoys working with complex trauma. She also specializes in Expressive Arts and is currently completing her education and certification as an Art Therapist, bringing creativity and depth to her clinical work.

As part of Clear Reflection’s Adolescent IOP program, we offer a weekly Parents Group designed to provide support, education, and connection for caregivers navigating this journey. The group offers space to ask questions, share experiences, and gain tools to better support your teen—while also taking care of yourself.

Meet Scott!

Scott has been a key member of the Clear Reflection team since our inception in 2021, serving as both an individual therapist and an IOP clinician. He holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and brings extensive experience working in the mental health and substance use field across a variety of settings, levels of care, and with a diverse range of clients.

Prior to joining Clear Reflection, Scott worked as a counselor and team leader at Riverbend Community Mental Health and as an outpatient clinician at Amoskeag Health in Manchester, NH. His background includes working with children, teens, and adults, as well as military veterans and individuals navigating substance use challenges.

Known for his down-to-earth, genuine, and highly connective style, Scott has a natural ability to build strong therapeutic relationships. Outside of work, he’s a proud dad of two, a devoted New England sports fan, a Navy veteran, and—true to form—the resident dad-joke expert. He also doesn't miss a Yin Yoga Thursday with the Clear Reflection Team!

At Clear Reflection, we deeply value our team and recognize the real challenges and demands that come with working in the mental health field. Supporting our clinicians means more than just words—it means creating space for balance, restoration, and connection.

Every Thursday, our Clinical Director, Victoria—who is also a certified yoga instructor with over a decade of experience teaching a wide range of yoga styles—offers a relaxing and restorative Yin Yoga class right at our facility. This weekly practice is designed to support nervous system regulation, physical restoration, and overall well-being.

It’s been a meaningful opportunity for team wellness, connection, and grounding, and we’re incredibly grateful to be able to offer this space for self-care and community.

Kayla has been a valued member of the Clear Reflection team and an integral part of our Adolescent IOP program since 2023. She serves as both a Master’s-Level Clinician and Program Director, bringing enthusiasm, compassion, and clinical expertise to everything she does.

Kayla is deeply passionate about providing holistic, empathy-driven care and truly believes in the healing power of community and connection. She prioritizes strong, collaborative relationships with clients and their families—and if you’ve had the opportunity to work with her, you know just how special that connection is.
Clinically, Kayla enjoys integrating nature-based therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while always maintaining a person-centered approach to care.

Outside of work, you can find Kayla enjoying photography, taking walks with her husky, or spending time playing with her nephews. 📸🐾💙
