Forgiveness is a process of energetically releasing the attachment you have to the hurt they caused (or what you perceive they caused).

This is not about accepting or condoning. It’s about transmuting Karma so that a cycle either completes or doesn’t ever begin. Our Souls came here to transmute Karmic cycles and ascend, and forgiveness plays an important role in that.

You may decide to communicate how something made you feel, walk away from a personal situation, or distance yourself from toxic behavior, but these are different forms of boundary setting (Solar Plexus) and are not a part of forgiving someone (Heart Chakra).

Forgiveness frees your soul on a very deep level. It is a healthy form of energetic and spiritual cleansing that allows you to move forward in your body, mind, heart, and life. Without it, illness and dis-ease can creep in.

Forgiveness is not done in the mind because it isn’t logical.

Forgiveness of another is a form of Love for the self and is done in the heart. Only then is it considered real.

Have you felt in these last few weeks a tiredness, sadness, and quiet mystery over what the heck is going on right now?

You’re not alone.

We are finishing up the year of the snake and it’s not leaving you any moment to waste as we continue to strip away that which is no longer serving us.

That quiet confusion is not pointless. It might be a little painful, but it has purpose.
So sit with it, my Loves.

It’s common to want to fill an empty space quickly.
Don’t.
Let. It. Be.

Integration doesn’t happen by rushing in the next thing. It happens when we take the time to acknowledge what has just left, what we’ve just released, what we’ve just forgiven or let go of.

Sit in this space of emptiness and relish the peace there. Let it wash over you - even if it feels uncomfortable.

As we progress toward the year of the Horse, there will be plenty of time for progress forward.

But for now, sit.
ALLOW the shedding.
BE patient.
Receive. The. Nothingness.

All is well. Movement will be here soon enough.

If your Vessel isn’t big enough to carry and hold what you’ve asked and prayed for, when it arrives, and it will, you won’t be able to hang on to it. It will spill out and you’ll lose it.

If you keep focusing on when your person/ job/ better circumstances will show up, or you’re putting demands “out there” on what you’re looking for, this kind of energy is literally pushing what you want farther away.

Focus instead on what you’re doing to prepare yourself.

EMBODY what it means to BE what you desire.
