Five years ago, I was diagnosed with very severe sleep apnea. The culprit/cause was weight gain over the years. Of course that meant that I needed to lose weigh and the Dr. suggested that I start with walking. I did try to, really I did. I added mores
steps in my daily travels -- parking in the furthest spot from the entrance to the stores or office; taking zig zag routes to my destination. It sorta worked---slowly, very slow. So I searched and found a program that helps me. To date I've lost 70+ pounds and 16+inches since I started in 2016. These programs have given me a new start on life. I've completed them and kept the weight off. I've gotten support like I've never had before from a community of people who are also working on their health and fitness. I'm more energized, my blood work keeps going in the right direction, and my doctor thinks he will begin to lower my prescriptions dosages. :)
