Never Too Late To Start
Itโs never too late to start to love yourself. Itโs never too late to begin a project that puts you first. Iโm 58 years old. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with very severe sleep apnea. The culprit/cause was weight gain over the last 10/15 years. Of course this meant that I needed to lose weight and the Dr. suggested that I start with walking. I did try that. I added more steps in my daily travels--parking at the furthest spot from the entrance to the stores or office; taking zig zag routes to my destination. It sorta worked--slowly, very slow. So I searched and found a program that helps me. To date, Iโve lost 70+pounds and 16+ inches since I started in August of 2016.
These programs have given me a new start on life. Iโve completed them and kept the weight off. Iโve gotten support like Iโve never had before from a community of people who are also working on their health and fitness. Iโm more energized, my blood work keeps going it the right direction, and my doctor thinks he will begin to lower my prescription dosages.
