A large construction project has started in downtown Milford, and will continue all summer. Road closures are making traffic even slower than usual through the center of town, so those of you traveling to the clinic from the west may need to allow more time to reach us.

Beginning June 2nd, 2025, at 7am, the Town of Milford will begin a reconstruction of the Central St. Bridge.  Timeline: June 2nd through the end of September Detours: Central St traffic will be diverted at Beach St and Depot St., Depot St. onto Central St. will be left turn only. What t

Happy Spring!
Our hours will be changing a bit in April.
Our new regular hours, starting April 1, will be:
Tuesdays 9am-12pm, 1:30-6pm
Wednesdays 9am-12pm
Thursdays 3-6pm
Fridays 2-5pm

Abby will also be out on vacation April 4-11.

Fall is Lung season according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. The lungs rule the skin, and are susceptible to dryness. It has been a VERY dry fall, too, so this is a friendly reminder to stay hydrated, which includes your skin! Regular moisturizing is important for the health of your skin - ALL of your skin. Just before bed or right after a shower are the best times to moisturize. In some areas, like legs and feet, exfoliating first is also helpful. If you can’t reach those areas, getting a pedicure can help. (You don’t have to get polish on your toenails!) Did you know that needles can hurt more when being inserted into dry skin? Take care of your skin; it (and your acupuncturist!) will thank you! 😊
